Steal Our Stuff

Steal Our Stuff

Empowering Marginalised Communities: Our Open-Source Initiative.

At Peace Through Prosperity we create lean, cost effective and quick to market social transformation programmes that have an immediate and lasting impact. Then we make them available to you, for free with support in your own language to put to good use.

Open source social transformation programmes

By open sourcing our materials, processes and learnings we have created a network of change makers.

We provide our materials under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License, which in spirit ensures our programmes are put to use free of cost to participants and improvements are shared back to the collective knowledge base so that all of us can benefit from any and all improvements across the network.

Get in touch, we’ll help you steal our stuff!

We open source language too: read about making the Scrum Guide available in Urdu.

The Grassroots Playbook

Seventeen community change projects, each written up so that a team of three to five people can run it with no budget, using only the skills and relationships already present in their neighbourhood. Every experiment is reviewed and validated before it joins the playbook.

It is written by our co-founder Kubair Shirazee and produced in partnership with Peace Through Prosperity. Teams across Angola, Ethiopia, Türkiye and Pakistan are running it now.

The guide runs to thirty-seven pages and is free to download in English, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali, French and Spanish, so that a team can work in the language their community actually speaks.
